Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Inn was a mixed experience. The rooms, though basic, had comfortable beds and blackout curtains, yet the presence of a dirty sock on the floor was off-putting. The service was not very friendly, especially with the excessive use of cover-up smells to combat a musty odor. However, the location was fantastic with easy access to local attractions and dining options, although the restrictions on overnight guests were inconvenient. The dining options fell short of expectations, with a limited selection, but the homemade soup was a highlight.
The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms are clean and the air conditioner works great, but they are somewhat expensive considering the distance from the city center. The service is fairly responsive, but there were some issues with privacy and seating. The dining options were very basic. Overall, a mixed experience.
The hotel is in a prime location, right on High Street with local pubs and restaurants nearby, offering a quaint and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were clean but had an odd odor and lacked adequate lighting. However, the service was friendly, although staff opened our door without warning. The dining options were basic, with only coffee, juice, and pastries available. For the price, the location is great, especially for events like Rock on the Range, but some improvements are needed for rooms and service.
